  • VERY COMMON THAT HAPPENS FREQUENTLY is a crack along edges and corners … Call right away FIRST! Do not panic! House breathes and reacts on weather because it is wooden frame. BUT do not wait until it is too late to fix with caulk. Experienced master will take care of it! You may do it yourself! You just need to know what the grout color and type was used. Purchase caulk corresponding to the grout brand and fix it following instructions. Why you need to seek professional? Because inspection of experienced person will give you valuable opinion!

  • GROUT CHANGES COLOR is another very common issue… Again contact FIRST! You need to be ready to buy better grout at the beginning of the project! But before grout will change color you may guard it with the sealer. While it is new installed tiles it is best to apply sealer at the beginning! Ask installer if you need to seal because some types of the grout premixed with the sealer and you do not need to apply sealer again.

  • VENTILATE AND DRY SHOWER it will help to avoid future problems! Call and ask FIRST! Remember vapors, oil, and dead skin are the perfect atmosphere for bacteria to reproduce! So clean shower walls monthly with chemicals to your preference. Use non scratching pads. Pay attention to the type of tile you have!
